120 g - icing sugar, sifted 1 tsp - instant coffee powder 10 g - unsalted butter, softenend 2 tbsp - water
Instructions
Combine the icing sugar, coffee powder and butter. Add 2 tablespoons of water to form a firm paste in a small bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until smoothy. Remove from the heat. Use a spatula to spread icing over cookies or cakes.
