Chocolate Glace Icing
 
INGREDIENTS

1 cup icing sugar
1½ - 2 tablespoons cocoa, level
2 teaspoons soft butter, heaped
few drops of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon boiling water

 

 
 
 
METHOD

Sift icing sugar mixture and cocoa. Add soft butter and a few drops of vanilla essence; pour in boiling water and beat well.
Spread immediately then leave to set.
