What is the cancellation policy for pre-orders if I'm unable to pick up?

Your deposit can be fully refunded, but we require a 60-day notice prior to the event date for a full refund. If you cancel within less than 60 days notice, a 50% refund will be provided.

How will I receive confirmation that my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as we receive the deposit.

I have allergies, how can I identify which items are safe for me to order?

Please Note: We operate in an environment that may contain nuts, and some kids’ party venues have strict policies regarding outside food. Therefore, we are not a nut-free facility. However, if you inform us of any allergies, we will take every possible precaution to isolate your order’s preparation from other cakes to minimize any risks.

What if I need to change the pickup time for my order?
